This letter says: the named invoice is unpaid; pay the total by the deadline using the bank details; if you dispute it, reply in writing by the same deadline; if there is no payment and no reply, a County Court claim may follow. Check the rules that apply to you on GOV.UK before you send it.

If they are an individual or a sole trader, the Pre-Action Protocol for Debt Claims applies: use the official Information Sheet and Reply Form, and allow at least 30 days. If they are a limited company, the general pre-action conduct rules apply; 14 days is common for a straightforward invoice. This page is a draft to fill, not a solicitor letter.

Not legal advice. Not a court form. Drafts to check. No income claim. Keep proof of postage. Do not inflate the debt.
