If the file is wrong, say so.
TCH Works sells digital paper. You pay once. Stripe takes the card. The paper is emailed (07:00–23:00 London) and you can print it forever.
If the file you received is not the SKU you paid for, email the address on the Stripe receipt within 14 days. We refund the Stripe charge. We do not refund because the client did not pay you. That is not a defect in the page.
