How to plan the last 7 days before an exam — UK

Exam week is for sharpening, not learning everything new. Plan seven days with papers first.

Eight moves for the final week.

  1. List papers. Exact papers and dates. Put them at the top of the page.
  2. Day −7 to −5. Two timed past papers per hard subject. Mark them the same day.
  3. Day −4 to −3. Only weak topics from the marks. Short blocks, not full re-reads.
  4. Day −2. Light paper or flashcards. No new theory dumps.
  5. Day −1. Pack kit, check venue, early night. One short confidence pass only.
  6. Sleep rule. Seven hours minimum each night of exam week. Non-negotiable.
  7. Food and travel. Plan breakfast and route the night before each paper.
  8. Printable. Revision Timetable keeps the seven-day blocks visible so panic does not rewrite the plan.
