Your design is saved with an order code, then Stripe takes payment. At checkout, type your exact wording again in the “Exact wording to print” box so it is stored with your payment; we never print an order until the two match. Express delivery (£11.99) can be added at checkout. Please do not use other people’s trademarks, logos or song lyrics: we will refund rather than print them.

Cancellation rights: because this item is made to your own specification, it is exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b). Your rights for faulty or misdescribed items are not affected: if it arrives faulty or not as you designed it, we will replace or refund it. See our terms.

GarmentBella+Canvas 3001 unisex tee, 142 g/m² (4.2 oz) Airlume combed ring-spun cotton (Heather grey is a cotton/polyester blend), side-seamed, retail fit
PrintDirect-to-garment (DTG) water-based inks on the front. Light colours are printed with a dark-ink version of the design so it stays readable.

MadePrinted to order at our print partner’s UK lab and posted direct to you
DeliveryFree delivery: printed in the UK in about 2 to 4 working days, then Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked, usually 2 to 3 working days). Allow 4 to 8 working days; it can take longer in December. Add Express (£11.99) at checkout for priority printing and a tracked DPD courier: usually with you 2 to 4 working days after you order.
