Plain-English terms for buying cards, clothing, mugs and printable templates from TCH Works. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Who we are

TCH Works is a small UK online shop run by Ryan Wilson in England. Contact: tchworks.shop@agentmail.to.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Physical items include standard UK delivery unless stated. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Printable templates (digital files)

After payment we check it with Stripe and email your files to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few hours and always within 12 hours. Because these are digital content, when you buy you agree that supply starts once we email them and that you then lose the 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, regulation 37). If a file is faulty or not as described, we will fix it, resend it or refund you.

Cards, clothing and mugs

Items are printed to order by our UK print partner and posted to you. Delivery times are shown on each product page and are estimates once the item is printed.

Changing your mind (standard designs)

For our own designs you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Email us, then post the unused item back within 14 days; we refund the item price within 14 days of getting it back. You pay return postage unless the item was faulty or our mistake.

Personalised items

Items made to your own specification, such as a T-shirt or mug printed with your own words, or a card with your own message or photo, are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulation 28(1)(b). They cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as you designed it: tell us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it.

Faulty or damaged items

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If anything arrives faulty, damaged or wrong, email us with a photo and your order reference and we will put it right with a replacement or refund.

Content you send us

Please only use words and images you have the right to use. We will refund rather than print anything offensive or that uses other people’s trademarks, logos or lyrics.
