Delivery and returns
Every T-shirt, hoodie, sweatshirt and mug is printed to order at our print partner’s lab in the UK and posted direct to the address you give at checkout. We deliver to UK addresses only.

These are typical times based on our print partner’s published production times and the carrier’s usual speed. They are not guarantees, and they stretch in December, so order Christmas gifts by 10 December (standard) or 17 December (express). We email you when your order is posted.
Faulty, damaged or misprinted
Email tchworks.shop@agentmail.to within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send a broken mug back.
Changed your mind
For our own designs you can cancel within 14 days of delivery (Consumer Contracts Regulations). Email us, then post the unworn, unwashed item back within 14 days; we refund the item price within 14 days of getting it. You pay return postage unless it was faulty or our mistake. Personalised items made with your own words are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(b)), so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty or misdescribed items are always covered: we replace or refund.
Cancelling
Email us within 2 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund in full if it has not gone to print.
