How to do a Sunday reset in 90 minutes — UK checklist
Sunday dread is usually undecided work. Ninety minutes with a list beats an evening of half-jobs.
Set a timer. When it ends, you stop. Unfinished items roll to next Sunday.
- Timer on. 90 minutes. Stop when it ends.
- Kitchen. Empty sink, wipe counters, dishwasher or wash the pile, clear the table.
- Clothes. One laundry cycle on. Put away one basket. Not the whole wardrobe.
- Calendar. Next week: three fixed appointments and one grocery slot.
- Bags. School or work bags packed. Keys and chargers in one place.
- Fridge. Bin expired. Note three dinners you already have ingredients for.
- Shop list. From fridge gaps, not from Instagram recipes.
- Fence it. Use the free Sunday Reset PDF, or the paid reset workbook for the full week page.
