Our guarantee

Wrong, damaged or misprinted: we reprint and resend free, or refund in full. Your choice.
Not arrived: if a 2nd or 1st class card has not arrived 10 working days after ordering, or a tracked card shows no delivery 5 working days after ordering, we reprint or refund in full.
Refunds go back to your card, not store credit.
A real person replies to hello@tchworks.co.uk, normally within one working day.

Being straight with you

TCH Cards is a new shop. We have no reviews yet and we will not invent any. Our prices are lower because we print to order and do not spend on TV adverts. Our standard card is a little smaller than an A5 and our fastest service is not same-day dispatch. Everything else, from the 324gsm paper to the proof before you pay, is designed to make your card arrive right.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
