What a rewrite looks like
A sample for a fictional warehouse operative going for a first team leader job. Same person, same history. The extra facts on the right (shift size, forklift licence) came from our short questionnaire, because old CVs usually leave the good stuff out. We never invent experience or qualifications.
How it works
- Pick a package and pay securely through Stripe. Tell us the job title you're aiming for at checkout.
- Email your current CV (Word, PDF, or even a photo of a printout) and the job advert if you have one to tchworks.shop@agentmail.to.
- We reply with a few quick questions to pull out your achievements.
- Your new CV arrives by email within 2 working days of us getting your old one. Ask for changes by replying.
Questions
- Do I need to get on a call?
- No. Everything is done by email, so you can do it on your phone in your lunch break.
- Which jobs do you write for?
- Most everyday UK roles: warehouse and logistics, retail, hospitality, admin and office, customer service, care, trades and technical, and people moving into their first management role. We don't write academic coursework or personal statements for assessed work.
- Do you use AI?
- We use AI tools to help draft and check, and every CV is edited line by line against your real history and the job you want. If you'd rather we didn't use AI at all, say so in your email and we won't.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Reply with what you'd like changed and we'll revise it. If we haven't started work yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
- What happens to my CV?
- We only use it to do your rewrite and delete your files 60 days after delivery. See our privacy notice.
