Grant applications, written for you
You know your project. We turn it into a clear, honest application that answers the funder's own questions, fits their word limits and shows the difference the money will make. You answer a short questionnaire; you get back wording ready to paste into the form.

Here is a complete small-grant application we wrote for a fictional Harlow community food larder, so you can judge the writing before you buy. Download the PDF or the Word file.
Extract: "What need will your project address?"
Demand has outgrown what we can store. In the 12 months to September our sign-in sheets recorded 1,312 visits from 186 households. On 31 of our 98 sessions we turned food away at collection because we had nowhere cold to keep it, and on 12 sessions we ran out of chilled food before the last members arrived.
We are not asking you to fund food. The food is already there. We are asking you to fund the means to store it, share it and show people how to cook it cheaply.
Extract: outcomes table
| Outcome | Target by month 12 | How we'll measure it |
|---|---|---|
| More families get fresh and chilled food | 240 households (up from 186) | Sign-in sheets |
| Less good food wasted | No collections refused for lack of cold storage | Collection log |
| Working families can reach us | Average 12+ households at Wednesday sessions | Session register |
Who it's for
- Volunteer-run groups, clubs and charities applying for small community grants, lottery and council funds.
- CICs and social enterprises bidding to trusts, foundations and local business funds.
- Small businesses applying for local growth, energy or skills grants.
- Anyone who has a good project, a deadline and no time to write.
How it works
- Pay through Stripe for the short application, or email to book the full one. Tell us the funder and your organisation's name.
- Answer our questionnaire by email and send the link to the fund's guidance or form questions.
- We write every answer to the funder's word limits, using only your facts and figures, and flag anything the funder asks for that you haven't given us.
- You check it, we make your changes, and you submit it yourself.
Questions
- Can you guarantee we'll get the grant?
- No one honestly can. Funders turn down good bids when a fund is oversubscribed. What we promise is a clear application that answers every question, fits the criteria and is in on time.
- Do you use AI?
- AI helps with first drafts. Every answer is then rewritten and checked by us against your facts and the funder's guidance. Some funders ask whether AI was used; we'll tell you exactly how it was, so you can answer honestly.
- Will you make up statistics?
- Never. We only use figures you give us or public sources we name. If an answer needs evidence you don't have, we'll tell you what to collect.
- Do you submit it for us?
- No, the application stays yours: you submit it from your own account and sign any declarations.
- How close to the deadline can we leave it?
- Allow at least 3 working days for a short application and 5 for a full one, after your answers arrive. Tight deadline? Email us first.
- What if we're not happy?
- Tell us what to change and we'll rewrite it. See our refund policy.
