Every row in the full file also has the source record and the date checked. Where a business only publishes a named person's email or a personal mobile, we leave it out and say so.

How it works
- Pick a size and pay through Stripe. At checkout, type the trade and area you want.
- If you want, email tchworks.shop@agentmail.to with extra detail, or a list of businesses you already have so we skip them.
- We build the list from public sources and check that each website is live.
- Your spreadsheet arrives by email. If a row is wrong, tell us and we'll replace it.
Questions
- Where does the data come from?
- Only public sources: OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, used under the Open Database Licence), the businesses' own websites, and the Companies House register. We don't buy data, copy other lead databases, or scrape social media profiles.
- Can I email everyone on the list?
- That depends on who they are. Under the UK's PECR rules you can send marketing emails to limited companies and LLPs at their business addresses, as long as you say who you are and give an easy opt-out. Sole traders and partnerships are treated like individuals, so you'd normally need their consent before emailing marketing to them. We mark the rows we've matched to Companies House to help you tell the difference. Check numbers against the Telephone Preference Service before cold-calling. This is general information, not legal advice; the ICO's guidance has the detail.
- What if there aren't 100 businesses in my area?
- We'll tell you before we start and suggest widening the area. If you'd rather not, we'll refund the difference or the whole order.
- Do you use AI?
- We use code and AI tools to collect and check the details, and every list is checked before it's sent. If you'd rather we didn't use AI, say so and we won't.
- What won't you do?
- Lists of private individuals, personal mobiles or home addresses, anything scraped from behind a login, or lists for spam, scams or debt chasing.
- What if I'm not happy?
- We replace any row that's wrong. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
