You've got a sign-up box on your website and a list of people who said "yes, tell me more". Then nothing gets sent, because there's never time. We write the emails: a warm welcome series for new subscribers, and a newsletter each month with your news, offers and the dates that matter. You paste them into Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify Email or whatever you already use, and press send.

We wrote six emails for a fictional Harlow gift shop, Hollyhock Corner Gifts: a 3-email welcome sequence, newsletters for November and December 2026, and an abandoned-basket email. The shop, its prices and its offers are made up so you can see the work, but every email is finished and ready to use, with Bonfire Night, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday (5 December) and Royal Mail's published Christmas posting dates built in. What we need from you

• Your website or online shop link, and which email tool you use.
• A few lines about what you sell, your best sellers and who your customers are.
• Any welcome offer or discount code you want to give (or none; a welcome email works without one).
• For newsletters: news, new stock, events, offers and opening hours for the months covered.
• Optional: an old email or two you were happy with, so we can match your voice.

How it works

1. Email us with the details above. Don't worry if it's rough; we'll ask if anything's missing.
2. Pay the Stripe link we send.
3. We read your website and social pages and write the emails in your voice, not ours.
4. You get a Word document (and a Google Doc if you like), one email per page, with every subject line, preview text, body and button ready to paste in. We change anything you're not happy with.

What we won't do

• No bought or rented lists, and no cold emailing your customers. We write for people who signed up to hear from you.
• We don't send the emails ourselves or log in to your account. You send from your own Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify Email, MailerLite or similar.
• Consent is yours: under UK GDPR and PECR, the business sending marketing emails is responsible for having permission and for including an unsubscribe link (your email tool adds one for you).
• No made-up reviews, awards, statistics or "only 2 left!" pressure. Offers and facts come from you.

Questions

I've hardly got any subscribers. Is it worth it?

A welcome sequence is the best place to start, because it works for every person who signs up from now on, whether that's five a month or five hundred.

Which email tools do you write for?

Any of them. The words are the same whether you use Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Shopify Email, MailerLite, Brevo, Squarespace or Wix. We tell you where each part goes (subject, preview text, button).

Can you set up the automation for me?

We'll send step-by-step notes for your tool. If you'd like us to do it inside your account, ask for a quote; we only ever use a team or helper login you set up, never your password.

Do you design the email too?

We write the words and suggest the image for each section. Most email tools have free templates that look great with your logo and colours, and we'll tell you which layout suits each email.

Do you use AI?

We use AI tools to draft faster. Every email is read and checked by a person, and if you'd rather we didn't use AI, tell us and we won't.

What if I'm not happy?

Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it in your round of changes. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
