How it works
- Pick a size and pay securely through Stripe. Tell us at checkout what the document is.
- Email the file to tchworks.shop@agentmail.to, with who it's for and any house style.
- We proofread it line by line and check the whole thing reads consistently.
- It comes back by email as tracked changes plus a clean copy. Questions about any change are welcome.

- What do you not do?
- We don't edit essays, dissertations or coursework that will be marked, and we don't give legal or medical sign-off. Everything else is fine: business documents, websites, CVs, books, newsletters and personal writing.
- My document is a bit over the word count.
- Up to 10% over is fine at the same price. For anything bigger, email us and we'll give you a fixed price first.
- Do you use AI?
- We use AI tools to help spot errors, and every change is checked by hand and shown to you as a tracked change. If you'd rather we didn't use AI at all, say so and we won't.
- Is my document private?
- Yes. It's used only for your job, never shared or reused, and deleted 30 days after delivery. See our privacy notice.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Reply with what you'd like looked at again and we'll fix it. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
