How it works
- Pick a package and pay securely through Stripe. Type the website address and the data you need at checkout.
- Email us any extra detail: the exact columns, an example page, filters (for example "only items under £50").
- We collect the data, check a sample against the live site by hand, and remove duplicates.
- You get an Excel file and a CSV by email, with a short note on anything we couldn't read.
Questions
- What can't you collect?
- Anything behind a login or paywall, anything a site's terms or robots rules forbid, and personal data about private individuals (home addresses, personal emails or phone numbers). Business details that a company publishes itself are fine. If your site is a no-go, we'll tell you before we start and refund you in full.
- What if the site has fewer rows than I paid for?
- You get everything that's there. If it's under half your package, we'll refund the difference or move you to the smaller package.
- Can it update every week?
- Yes. Email for a fixed monthly price.
- Do you use AI?
- The collecting is done with our own code, and we use AI tools to help tidy messy text. Every file is checked against the live site before it's sent.
- What if it's wrong?
- Tell us which rows and we'll fix them free. See our refund policy.
