How it works
- Email us your website address. We reply with a payment link.
- We read your site and send you a draft list of questions and answers to check. You add anything we missed and correct anything that's wrong.
- We build the chatbot, test it with dozens of differently worded questions, and send you a private preview link.
- Once you're happy, you paste in one line (or we send steps for your platform). The files are yours to keep.
Questions
- Is it "AI"?
- It's built to be safe for a small business. It understands different wording and typos, but it only ever replies with answers you've approved. It doesn't send your visitors' messages to ChatGPT or anyone else, which is why there's no monthly fee and nothing it says can surprise you.
- Do I need to know any code?
- No. If you can edit your website, you can add it. We send step-by-step instructions for your platform.
- Where does it live?
- On your own website, as two small files (the chatbot and your answers). You own them. If your site builder won't host files, we can tell you a free way to do it.
- Can it take bookings or payments?
- It can link to your booking page, shop or payment page in any answer. It doesn't take payments itself.
- What can't it do?
- It won't give medical, legal or financial advice, and it doesn't answer questions you haven't approved. Those go to your email or phone.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Tell us what to change and we'll change it. If we haven't started, you get a full refund. See our refund policy.
