How it works
- Email us what you sell (or plan to), the town or area, and any competitors you already know about.
- Pay the Stripe link we send.
- We find competitors from public listings and maps, read each one's own website, and record prices exactly as published, with the link and date.
- You get the PDF and the spreadsheet. If something's unclear, reply and we'll explain.
Questions
- Do you phone competitors or pretend to be a customer?
- No. We only use what businesses publish openly: their websites, price lists and public listings. No mystery shopping, no fake enquiries.
- What if my competitors don't publish prices?
- We tell you which ones don't, and use those that do. If fewer than five competitors in your area publish prices, we'll tell you before you pay, or widen the area with your agreement.
- Will you make up figures?
- Never. Every number links to its source. Where we couldn't find something, the report says so.
- Do you use AI?
- We use AI tools and code to collect and sort the data faster. Every price in the report is checked by hand against the source page.
- Is this financial or investment advice?
- No. It's desk research to help you decide. Big decisions such as loans or leases deserve an accountant or adviser too.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Tell us what's missing and we'll fix it. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
