- We send a one-page slide-by-slide outline first, so you can check the story before we design.

Questions
- Will you make up figures or market sizes?
- Never. Numbers come from you, or from a named public source we link on the slide. If a slide needs a figure nobody has, we tell you rather than guess.
- Can you present it or join the call?
- No, we work by email only. We can add speaker notes to every slide so you know what to say.
- Do you use AI?
- We use AI tools to draft and lay out faster. Every slide is read and checked by a person, and if you'd rather we didn't use AI, tell us and we won't.
- Is this financial or investment advice?
- No. We present your plan clearly; the figures and the decision are yours. For a loan or investment, an accountant should check the numbers.
- Can you do a deck for my coursework?
- No. We don't do assessed student work.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Tell us what's wrong and we'll fix it within your rounds. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
