How it works
- Pick a package and pay securely through Stripe. Add a one-line note about the job at checkout.
- Email your files to tchworks.shop@agentmail.to with a line on what you need at the end.
- We clean and check it, and flag anything we can't be sure of instead of guessing.
- Your file arrives by email. Ask for changes by replying.
Questions
- What files can you work from?
- PDFs (including bank or supplier statements), scans and photos of forms, CSV exports, Excel, Google Sheets and Word tables. Handwriting is fine if it's readable.
- Is my data safe?
- We only use your files for your job, never share them, and delete our working copies 30 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. Please don't send passwords or full card numbers. See our privacy notice.
- Do you use AI?
- We use code and AI tools to do the heavy lifting, and every result is checked against your original. If you'd rather we didn't use AI, say so and we won't.
- What won't you do?
- Bookkeeping or tax advice, anything that edits official documents, or scraping personal data from websites.
- What if I'm not happy?
- Reply with what you'd like changed and we'll fix it. If we haven't started yet, we'll refund you in full. See our refund policy.
