Is anything posted to me?
No. It's a digital download. You print it on your own printer, in colour or black and white.
Can the organiser take part without knowing who has who?
Yes. The guide explains three ways: a helper outside the group runs the draw and messages each person privately, a free online name-draw tool emails everyone their match, or a sealed envelope chain for small groups in person.
Does it work for remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. There's a page on drawing names and sharing wish lists remotely, three ways to get gifts to people, how to run the reveal on a video call, and a private box for delivery details.
How many people does it cover?
The kit has 24 name slips, 24 gift tags and a 24-row tracker. The sign-up sheet has 22 rows. For a bigger group, just print the pages again.
What budget does it suggest?
It doesn't set one for you. The poster has a fill-in budget, and the guide suggests £5 to £10 for offices, £10 to £20 for close teams or friends and £20 to £30 for families. The gift ideas page is split into £5, £10, £20 and £30 bands.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes, as many times as you like for your own office, family or group. Please don't share or resell the file.
